Open Skies

I came up with Open Skies after trying to make everybody's  rule systems work with other rule systems and their adventures. Rather than spending hours or days trying to compile the perfect combination of working parts, I created a framework that I could just drop into any setting, system, book, or piece of art.
Open Skies is whatever you want it to be.
Tell the stories you want to tell, roleplay the world in which you want to play.
